Help Me Stop Foreclosure

I just wanted to add to my earlier post. I said that I would pay it forward if anyone would step forward and help me out. I also want to add that if I received the financial help I so desperately need, that I would absolutely pay it back. Though, it might take a while. I have never been in this situation before, and I have never reached out to anyone for financial help before. This is very difficult for me. I guess when we have no where else to turn and we are desperate, we find the courage to do things we never thought we could. Please, someone, help me save my house. It is the only home I have known.

Help Me Keep My Home

I have never been so afraid in my life. I need $6,600 by the 21st of January, 2012, or they are going to foreclose on our house. We have had this house for over 20 years. My daughter was raised here. I cannot fathom not having our home. It is home. We have had some bad luck over the past several months that has caused this situation. We are just beginning to pull ouselves up out of this hole, but we are not able to come up with this money that we need so desparately. I have prayed and prayed for an angel to step forward and help us. I cannot even express that gratitude that I woudl feel for so much help. I can only tell you that it would be paid forward. Please help me keep my home.

I am losing my mind trying to figure out what to do about us losing our home to foreclosure!  We have four children (15, 14, 5, and 1) and have tried to find a solution through the mortgage company, but they keep giving me the run-around and not helping.  Their attorney sent a reinstatement quote for $5,600 in order to stop the foreclosure, but we have been unable to raise the full amount.  They told us they do not accept partial payment and we must send the entire amount.  Please help us!  We would be happy to pay you back monthly within the next 6 months.

My home of the past 6 yrs. is in forecosure, but I can make a $50,000 payment to save a home that is worth $145,000 free and clear. Will be glad to use home as collateral and am open to all terms and suggestions. Loans in this credit crunch are next to impossible to obtain-----HELP !!!!!!!!!!

losing my house to foreclosure

I am about to lose my house to foreclosure.

Not quite sure what to do.  I am in arrears about $9,000.00 (with lawyers fees).

Everywhere I turn, there is no help...its quite complicated: My father is on the deed to the house with me, but I have recently had to put him in a nursing home due to dementia. My husband is not on the deed, and he has been disabled for 2 years, so now I am the only one with true "income". I work full time and my husband receives only a small amount monthly for him and my son. And with my father out of the house, I have that much less income.

I have been in this house for 34 years. (on and off...) We moved here on my 7th birthday.  My mother made this house our home and passed away here.

I personally suffer from depression and anxiety, and this has made it so much worse. 

I am reaching out to anyone who has any knowledge of what to do....Im at wits end. County agencies will not help because there is no guarantee that I could keep current with the mortgage due to the fact that my husband is still diabled. (diabetic with foot ulcers- has had 3 toes removed)
